Tuesday June 23rd, 1998
We had an easy hike to the next campsite. We started even earlier today, and got to camp quickly (3.5 hours) including an extra excursion by Tony, Pete, and Greg. I followed their low route up high, and was able to go a bit further to catch them. We had a great campsite with more awesome views. Greg and I hiked up to the glacier and took each other’s pictures next to it. We could have gone triple the distance today, but there’s really no point – getting back to Tanquary Fiord early doesn’t make the plane come any earlier.
